All samples cannot be returned for any reason. If there is a problem with your order please contact us so that we may work out a resolution as quickly as possible.
All samples will be shipped to you in the manner you have requested in the most timely fashion possible. Orders placed before 1:30pm Eastern Time will ship same day. Orders placed after this time, including those with an expedited shipping option, will not ship until the following business day.
